Charlie Sheen is engaged! The 48-year-old “Anger Management” star is set to wed porn star Brett Rossi, who will become his fourth wife.

Sheen proposed to Rossi in Hawaii on Saturday, Feb. 15, the actor’s spokesperson confirmed to OTRC.com. The two have ben together since at least the fall of 2013.

“He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee,” Rossi told E! Online. “I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine’s day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise,” she said.

“This is the happiest moment of both our lives,” she added. “He’s my best friend and my soulmate.”

“The Howard Stern Show,” which named Rossie Miss Howard TV in December 2011, congratulated the couple on their engagement on Twitter.

Rossi, who Sheen calls Scotty, shared on her Twitter page a photo of herself with Sheen on vacation in Hawaii over the weekend and also said on Feb. 14: “Happy Valentine’s day to the love of my life & my best friend! Everyday is Vday when I’m with you @charliesheen.”

Sheen was previously married to Brooke Mueller and the two are parents to twin boys, Bob and Max. They divorced in 2011. Sheen also shares two daugters with ex-wife and actress Denise Richards. They were married from 2002 to 2006. The actor was also married to model Donna Peele from 1995 to 1996. Their marriage was annulled.
